### Information

**Title**
Why is my master account suspended?

**Summary**
The most common reason for master account suspension is a failed transfer on the account.
Depending on the type of ACH return code issued for the failed transfer, this could potentially suspend the master account. A list of returns and their associated actions can be found [here](https://developers.dwolla.com/concepts/transfer-failures#list-of-possible-return-codes-descriptions-and-actions).

Beyond failed transfers, accounts on the Dwolla Platform must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client’s application, as well as the [Dwolla Account Terms of Service](/content/legal/tos/index.html).

If your master account was suspended, please reach out to [support@dwolla.com](mailto:support@dwolla.com) or contact your Customer Excellence Manager.
