**Title**  
Why did I get a customer_transfer_completed webhook then a customer_transfer_failed after it?

**Summary**  
Webhooks are sent asynchronously and are not guaranteed to be delivered in order, though receiving a **customer_transfer_failed** after a **customer_transfer_completed** could mean that after Dwolla transmitted the transfer to the bank, the bank returned it.  
This could be due to an R03, R04 and other similar [return codes](/content/resources/ach-return-codes/index.html).
