What transaction activity can be performed in ‘document’ status?

#### Summary

If a customer has a ‘document’ status they will need to upload additional pieces of information in order to verify the account. Once the necessary document(s) have been uploaded, they will then be reviewed by Dwolla. This review may take up to 1-2 business days to approve or reject.

Only a select set of actions can be taken while in ‘[document](https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/personal-verified-customer/handle-verification-statuses#handling-status-document)’ status:

- Can the user send funds?
  - No
- Can they receive funds?
  - Yes
  - Note: Funds will only transfer to the customer’s balance. The transfer to the balance will be pending until the customer is verified.
- Can they add and verify a bank funding source?
  - Yes
