What transaction activity can be performed in a ‘retry’ status?

**Summary**  
When an account is in ‘retry’ status, transactions can’t be sent or received. Any transactions sent to the account will remain in a ‘pending’ status.

If the account initiates transfers and then needs information updated and is put into ‘retry’ status, those transactions will not export and process until the account is `verified` again. All transactions incoming and outgoing remain pending until the account is `verified.`
