Summary
When an account is in ‘retry’ status, transactions can’t be sent or received. Any transactions sent to the account will remain in a ‘pending’ status.

If the account initiates transfers and then needs information updated and is put into ‘retry’ status, those transactions will not export and process until the account is verified again. All transactions incoming and outgoing remain pending until the account is verified.
