What is a receive-only user in the API?

**Summary**  
A receive-only user (RO) is an end user type that can only receive transfers from a Verified Customer (VCR) or a client. A user created as an ‘RO’ is not eligible to hold a Dwolla Balance and can only receive transfers to an attached bank account.
