### Information

**Title**
Is there an endpoint or call to mass-cancel transactions?

**Summary**
No. However, you can cancel individual transactions via the dashboard or the API if you have all of the transfer IDs. To cancel a transfer via the API simply call the [cancel a transfer](https://docs.dwolla.com/#cancel-a-transfer) endpoint by passing in the transfer id in the POST request.

POST [https://api.dwolla.com/transfers/{id}](https://api.dwolla.com/transfers/%7Bid})

If you are no longer able to cancel the transfer on your own due to it being on its second leg (reaching destination), please reach out to your account manager so that this cancellation may be done for you.

**Canceling A Transaction in the Dwolla Dashboard**

To cancel a transaction that is to or from your Master Dwolla Account, navigate to the “Transactions” tab on the left hand menu and search for the individual transfer ID.

Click on the individual transfer you’d like to cancel. From there, you will see additional information about the transfer as well as a menu you can click to open on its right hand side with the option to “cancel transaction.”

To cancel a transaction to or from a Customer/end user, navigate to the “Customers” tab on the left hand menu and search for the Customer that is involved in the transaction.

Search or click on the individual transfer you’d like to cancel. From there, you will see an ellipsis menu you can click to open on its right hand side with the option to “cancel transaction.”

After clicking on this option you will be prompted one last time to confirm the cancellation of the transaction.
