Operational notifications are emails sent to your end users on behalf of our clients.

Steps to View Notifications:

1. Login to the Dwolla Dashboard.
2. Select “Customers” on the left hand side of the tool bar.
3. In the search bar, type in the customer’s name, email address or customer ID.
4. Click on the customer to view the customer’s page.
5. Select the “Notifications” tab. From there, you can see the operational notifications that were sent to that particular customer.
6. Click on the message to see the email sent to the customer.
