Prerequisite:
Authenticator app installed in mobile phone.

Steps:

1. User logging into Support Portal.

2. Enter your username and password and click “Continue”.

3. Verification email would be sent to verify the end users email ID.

4. Click on the “Verify Email Address” link sent to the email.

5. Enroll with MFA page is redirected, and the following page appears.

6. Using the installed authenticator app, we can setup MFA in 2 ways

   1. Either - copy the code (Long alphanumeric string) and paste in the Enter code option in the authenticator app
   2. Or – Choose “Scan the QR code instead” in the above page from the authenticator app.

7. Give the details in the authenticator app once the code is recognized.

8. A code would be generated in the app, copy the code and enter in the one time code field below and click Continue.

9. Once clicked, the support portal page appears with MFA authentication done successfully. This verifies the email address also along with authentication.
