How many verification documents can a user upload at a time?

Summary
In order to verify an account for a Verified Customer Record, the end user may need to upload identity documentation. When a Verified Customer Record, whether business or personal, is in the [document](https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/business-verified-customer/handle-verification-statuses#handling-document-status) state, they are able to upload a total of four documents at a time.

The Dwolla API will only accept four unreviewed documents at any given time. If a user uploads four documents, they will not be able to upload any more until the initial four documents have been reviewed.

Once the documents have been reviewed, the user can upload more documents if needed.
