Follow these steps to add or update the bank account attached to your Dwolla Master account in the Dwolla Dashboard.

  1. Log in to the Dwolla Dashboard.
  2. Click on the name of your Dashboard user in the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the drop down. Select Funding Sources.
  3. If you’re updating a funding source, remove the current funding source by clicking the three-dot icon in the box for that account and then selecting Remove.
  4. Click the + Create New Funding Source button to add a new bank account.
  5. In the box that pops up, enter your account number and routing number and give your account a name. Click Continue. You’ll see a message regarding micro-deposits that will be deposited to your account within 1-2 business days.
  6. Once you see the micro-deposits post to your account, repeat steps 1 and 2.
  7. Find the unverified funding source in your list of accounts and click the three-dot icon in the box for that account. Click Verify.
  8. Enter the micro-deposit amounts and click Verify.
  9. A message will appear at the bottom of the screen letting you know that your funding source has been successfully verified.

  1. Log in to the Dwolla Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Customers tab and locate the end user you are adding or updating a funding source for. Select Funding Sources.
  3. If you’re updating a funding source, remove the current funding source by clicking the three-dot icon in the box for that account and then selecting Remove.
  4. Click the + Create New Funding Source button to add a new account/funding source.
  5. In the box that pops up, enter the account number and routing number and give the account a name. Click Continue. You’ll see a message regarding micro-deposits that will be deposited to the end user’s account within 1-2 business days.
  6. To verify the funding source for your end user, repeat steps 1 and 2.
  7. Find the unverified funding source in the list of accounts and click the three-dot icon in the box for that account. Click Verify.
