Summary
Finding the "Created" or "Removed" Date for a Funding Source
Dwolla's updated dashboard makes it easy to find out when a funding source was added to a customer's account. Here's how:
Navigate to the Customer's Funding Sources:
- Sign in to the Dwolla Dashboard.
- Go to the Customers section.
- Select the desired customer from the list or search the end user using their specific Dwolla Account ID.
- You'll then see the Funding Sources page for that customer.
To Locate the "Created" or "Removed" Date For a Funding Source:
- You can locate when a funding source was created by viewing the timestamp in the "Created" column for a given funding source when viewing the "Funding Sources" tab.
Additionally, you can locate both the created date and removal date for a funding source by viewing webhook events
In the Accounts section, select "View Details" to see detailed information about the individual funding source.
- Each funding source listed will have a detailed list of webhook events in the Webhooks section.
- A webhook event of customer_funding_source_added indicates that a new funding source has been created. A webhook event of customer_funding_source_removed indicates that a funding source has been removed.
- The time of the webhook event is denoted in the "Last Attempted" column, and the event topic is listed in the "Event Topic" column. Using these two columns, you can determine when a funding source for an end user was added or removed.
