Does Dwolla support payments outside of the United States?

**Summary**  
At this time, Dwolla services are only available within the United States.

However, Dwolla is able to support businesses outside of the United States if they have a U.S. entity and physical place of business, and are planning to use Dwolla for payments in the U.S.

Additionally, when creating a [Business Verified Customer](https://developers.dwolla.com/concepts/customer-types#business-verified-customer) or a master Client account, the business itself must have a US address and EIN, but the [controller](https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/business-verified-customer/create-a-customer#controller-json-object) and [beneficial owners](https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/business-verified-customer/add-beneficial-owners#step-3-adding-beneficial-owners) can submit a foreign ID if they do not have an SSN.
