Summary
At this time, Dwolla services are only available within the United States.

However, Dwolla is able to support businesses outside of the United States if they have a U.S. entity and physical place of business, and are planning to use Dwolla for payments in the U.S.

Additionally, when creating a Business Verified Customer or a master Client account, the business itself must have a US address and EIN, but the controller and beneficial owners can submit a foreign ID if they do not have an SSN.
