Summary
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own user records to the extent that they feel is appropriate for their business. The data generally available to clients regarding their end users is available through the API. If there is additional data that you need, Dwolla can review individual requests for this information, but release of sensitive end user or funding source information generally requires a subpoena or other legally valid order.
